Dinner and a Movie
An opportunity for parents to drop their kids off for a wonderful evening of Dinner and a Movie. Kids will enjoy participating in making dinner for themselves and watching a movie at CHILD in our Media Room!
Kids will learn to measure, mix, cook and bake. Follow instructions and recipes and share. Kids will take turns bringing movies in, or we will rent movies suitable for G audience. Our highly trained staff will work with your child to engage with others, practice conversational skills, attend to a movie, teach language comprehension and decode meaning from the film.
The kids will learn to reciprocate, attend to one another, cooperate and make friends. After the movie we will
rehearse the meaning from the movie and create a story or play a game to help them comprehend meaning from the film. Siblings are welcome and encouraged! Time to get out and enjoy some couple time for some very needy moms and dad as you leave your kids in VERY good hands!
How does it work: Each month we will post a calendar for you to sign up with your child(ren).When we have available staff we will offer spots. This will occur well in advance so you can make plans for your kids to be in our good care for that evening.

What Time: 6:30pm – 9:30pm
What will this cost? $25.00/hr per child with special needs.
$15.00 per sibling per hour.
Food and Movies included!
