Welcome to the CH.I.L.D. website and to our Organization, founded in 1993 by Sandy Palombo. With it’s dynamic treatment intervention philosophy (MDIM©), and cutting edge service delivery, CH.I.L.D.’s reputation has exceeded it’s goals of becoming a distinguished leader in developmental disabilities.

With a remarkable reputation in Ontario, CH.I.L.D. has expanded it's services to York Region. This included the development of two unique service programs; the opening of the Neurodevelopmental Treatment Center in February 2003, and The Learning Center in July 2003.

CH.I.L.D.'s mission is to deliver exemplary programs to all special needs children. A strong commitment to our children ensures that we strive for excellence. The families, and the faces of our exceptional children support us in our efforts. It is they we learn by, and it is they we live to teach.
